Worst place to live to be honest is a one year contract but if you move out before the lease end they will still to charge you to pay the rent . They will also want you to pay the electric bill if you move out before the lease end . If you voluntary return the key before the lease end LISTEN: YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY THE RENT ¡until they re rent the apartment to someone else.The secretary its rude trust me she wont tell you no information about whos going to move in your apartment that you lived before .They want your money to pay the rent !. dont move here its a trap.they began nice for the first year or two.i lived here for 12 years.i got mold in this apt.they dont do repairs.they stop answering you when you call for repairs.maintenance is a joke.they intim idate you if you live alone.they come in your apt unannounced. more ... hide ...

My husband and I are a military family and weve moved about 5 times in the 7 years (going on 8 years) weve been married. Most moves have been to houses and one other apartment here in Syracuse. Having that said, Windsor Place is so far the best place we moved into!The amount of space a 2 bedroom unit has is just right. With snow outside, the carpeting & heat give it a very cozy, warm feeling. Each building has their own laundry room on the ground floor which is extremely convenient. My son likes the fact there is a large playground here which before we always had to drive to playgrounds on the weekends and that his school is literally right across the street. The staff are wonderful and the location is central to Walmart/Target/Wegmans/Public Library/Post Office.The only con I have which is not really all that bad is the sound you might hear from neighbors above you or the occasional dog barking. Other than that, I would definitely recommend Windsor Place as your one stop shop for an affordable place to live! more ... hide ...

Cant say anything about the apartments, themselves, as I live in one of their apartments on 153 Seymour St. Back to the Faith and Hope apartments, the on left side, contains the Landlords office, which is in the basem ent. Press the call bell, its on the left hand side, to be let in.The apartments are in fair condition, considering their age. Go ahead and go downstairs and talk to the jovial Landlord, Brian and ask him to show you his pride and joy collection. more ... hide ...
