I recently posted something that came out worse than what I was really trying to say..I did have a problem with someone who was with the new management but that person no longer works here..honestly the new management that is here now I have nothing to complain about..they are strict and by the book..but with a large apartment building like this one..they have to be to keep things Im order..and they are just doing their job.and I do appreciate everything that they do.they really do have a hard job and being by the book and strict is really a must at their job.i apologize if my last review sounded mean more ... hide ...

We have been at the village at Town Center located at 100 North Ave in Tallmadge Ohio living in the lofts for a little over a year now and it has been a true joy .Cant say enough about our Condo ...it is true secure c are free living ..the perfect place to down size .Ultra contemporary ,very secure the Lofts offer a care free life style.Conviently located to to shopping ,restaurants and to entertainmentThe staff are very courteous and show concern and empathy for any issue at hand.We have been Testa tenants for 5 years andthey have always listened and respondedin a timely ,efficient and courteous manner Service Techs are true professional .Office staff couldnt be any more accommodatingIn todays ever changing world you owe it to your self to take a serious look at the Village Town Center in Tallmadge Ohio and not to forget it is a pet friendly more ... hide ...

Saxon was never like this when the other lady was running it. Now days its horrible and going down hill. Its not the same at all. Roaches out the a** and Im a very neat and clean person. Finally got it under control. Mai ntaince ppl suck and are really worthless. Rude as can be and acts like they dont care and dont wanna do the work they are being paid to do. I had to repair my bathroom ceiling my self along with a few other things. Took maintenance about two weeks to come in and fix my ceiling in the front room due to the roof leaking!!! Smh. they did a half ass job on that and did not clean up their mess. After they left I picked up paint chips, dry wall pieces and had to sweep/wipe my walls down. The little kids that run around up here are obnoxious as can be. Breaking other peoples things, very disrespectful and annoying! I wish the other lady still ran saxon. Ive tried reporting everything to hud and the main office. I got absolutely no where with it what so ever. more ... hide ...
