STAY AWAY!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT LIVE HERE.This apartment property management team is trash. My AC unit broke so I submitted an emergency request order, never received a call back, had to have a friend move my cats out because I was out of town and the heat was unbearable. Submitted a second request that was ignored. Had to call the office twice to get a maintenance person out there.I also had an open maintenance ticket for the lock that was also messed up, (couldnt turn my key properly). This ticket has been unresolved for weeks and they decided to take care of it at the same time as the AC. I get a message that AC is fixed finally (three days after first request) so I bring myself and pets home AND THE LOCK HAS BEEN CHANGED WITHOUT TELLING ME. I am now locked out of my own apt with two pets due to this teams incompetence. I have already submitted an early lease termination and I suggest you do the same or better yet NEVER LIVE HERE. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 7 years. I stayed because of property manager was fair but harsh at times but I appreciated her work. For the most part the place is run down they had rats and termites they refuse to take care of b ut thats on the owners case. Again I stayed because management was well and good. So they brought in a new manager who decides to yell and tries to do better than the last manager who proceeds to call and yell again Ive been here for 7 years. The treatment from management was worth saying that long and I would put up with it because you dont find good people like that. But dont come here because I have pictures to show proof of termites they refuse to take care of leaks they refuse to take care of and a balcony that they never finish fixing which you can come look for yourself steer clear of this place the reviews that are here are from previous tenants who had great management. By the way there was a shooting here. Come and ask people still here trying to get out. It this vacant for a reason. Run !! more ... hide ...
