New management is really cleaning up the place. Better security now too. And I cant say this about all who work here in the office, but Shelia is the best Property mgr. Shes very fair minded and will personally help you if you have questions or concerns about ANYTHING. She knows all about barely getting by or people being treated like nobody cares to hear them when things are being stretched or there getting behind. She listens and does all she can to help find a solution that works for all so you dont end up on the street. People here need to know they can trust her. Dont avoid things if your running into a problem. Go talk to her, hopefully before your about to be behind. If you tell her first you can sit down and maybe work out a plan to avoid late fees or eviction. Its extremely difficult to get approved with an eviction on your record. She went over my entire payment history when I kept getting notices that were way more than I owed..and we found that I was right and she fixed it. She works for her money...working for you.The only real problem is the insane amount of roaches and spiders. I feel like the only thing that would decrease the roach population greatly would be to have the pest control guys or our maintenance guys use the roach killer in the tube that looks like peanut butter in every apts kitchen, bathroom, baseboards and window & A/C area once a week for at least 6 weeks straight. Then use real pest control company with more than water to spray once a week continuously to keep a handle on it. Its pretty bad when a Roach is tapping you on the shoulder asking you for a light and the remote...lolJust Saying! more ... hide ...

Definitely move here if youre a woman who wants to not feel safe in her own home. I highly recommend it here if you want to be cat called and ogled at by creepy men when youre just tending to your plants. It s a must-live-at destination if you want the head office to not do anything when you complain about similar issues to them.Edit: The owners made a comment about not being able to contact me or find me. Im nearly certain there is only 1 person names Imraan at this apt complex. They are just distracting from the real issue at hand. I do live here, I have since 2018. My wife made signs and posted them in our yard about how she didnt want to be catcalled/ogled at by creepy men. We removed them after 2 days and then nearly a week after we didnt have them up, the office gave us a warning about breaching the rental agreement. This office only cares about its image to potential new tenants and the tenants that currently reside there. Weve put in tons of complaints about noise in the past and yet the office does nothing even though its one of the first things that prohibited here. WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, BAD PEOPLE MANAGING THE PROPERTY, STAY AWAY!!!Update: I am being extorted for a $75 late fee and being threatened with eviction proceedings. I was 20 minutes late with my rent check, dropped it off in the box after i got home late from work. Now they are refusing to cash the check for $645, saying every day i dont pay $720 it goes up another $5, and Friday they will send my file to evictions. I have contacted corporate in hopes of resolving this amicably and avoiding court proceedings. At this time, I am not hopeful, but will update the review if something is done to made the situation right.
