I moved here in January of 2022. Angela at the the office was helpful guiding us through the application process for an independent living apartment.The grounds are kept clean. They maintain apartments and repairs as nee dedThe only issue I have is with parking. There isnt assigned parking spaces for each unit. And sometimes our lot is too full to park in .It doesnt seem fair to not have a parking space in your lot when you live hereWe also have handicapped plates. There is clearly not enough disabled parking for people with handicapped plates.I wish I knew this before we moved in that no assigned parking spaces per unit .Also the community is supposed to be gated. But havent seen the gates work since moving here. more ... hide ...

I live here. I love it. And everything is within walking distance of here. I was able to give up driving all together. Mass transit is fantastic too.

The most vile place.The illusion of community but a disaster zone,the only time theres an appearance of unity is when theres drama,fights and when the community gets called out for their disgraceful behavior and actions.Too many people make excuses for staying and are fiercely envious,destructive and unstable towards anyone who doesnt want to lay roots there and purpose to do better.Theyll vandalize your car, property and harass,if youre not embracing low level living alongside them to try and hinder progress. Instead of wanting to better for themselves.A very unsafe neighborhood with major structural violations and outdated wiring the cause of mold in all units, outrageous light bills, electrical fires and more.Not a safe place to raise your family, corrupt HUD practices, high staff turnover, septic overflow on property grounds, drugs, gangs¦its more like a hangout that leads to complacency.Very nosey, clinging neighbors and extremely dark presence over the place. A ton of negative vibes, youll beg to get out if you rent the lie. more ... hide ...
