I am a contractor and a tenant of 3 years I too was disappointed about the pool which is seasonal BUT Lynn the manager pointed me to a local health club which has a rate of $9.99 a month. This included a heated pool with a hot tub with hydro massage and sauna. This club is 5 min away from the park and on a convenient bus route. Not only is it heated it is open late night hours to 11 pm which is perfect with my schedule. Thank you LYNN. I would highly recommend this property to Everyone. more ... hide ...

This place and the policies is outrageous! Cant have anything on the patio unless its outside furniture or plants or we get fined $25, cant have anything blocking the view of the patio but someone downstairs from me can have a whole bush blocking the patio and not once get yelled at for it. Cant have a chair outside on the porch, nothing hanging up on the porch or patio, its just absolutely ridiculous and they expect you to pay $800-$900 for a 500sqft 1bedroom apartment with terrible water pressure. more ... hide ...

This is the worst apparment I have ever lived at.They are scammers ,dont follow lease agreements.You would be paying for your neighbors utilities . I have lived at Las Brisas Apartment Homes since February 2016; it is the only place I have lived in, in Tucson.I have no complaints at all; Las Brisas is well managed by professional managers. Every service request I h ave ever submitted has been taken care of in record time and I have never had to submit a second request for the same problem. The service crew is top notch.I do not plan to leave until I get rich and famous, and even then, I might not move because I have no reason to move. Lived here for 5 months so far, and the experience has been not spectacular. Private Landlords are one if the worst things that exiat in Tucson, especially since they take advantage of people just trying to live.The rent was overpriced before, but $1,300 - $1,400 a month for thin walls, low-quality, hotel style units? Its really not worth that amount, but if you have to bite the bullet, the front office and the repair folk are kind. The water here is also not well maintained, very much on the hard side.To hell with Private Landlords and AZs unjust lack of rent control laws. I hope HSL get whats coming to them. more ... hide ...
