This apartment complex has totally went down I have been here for over 8 years and this new leasing company is horrible. They havent updated anything. They replaced the parking lot then started towing our cars if the y didnt have parking passes in the windows. We have indoor outdoor carpet that buckles. No updated appliances. But they have been going up on our rent $75+ every year since they took over. And plow company they use is horrible I shoveled a walk way from unit to the front of the complex because I needed to get out when it snowed. They came the next day to plow and shovel. Garbage has been a disaster. I dont what type of tenant thats renting now but clearly they are people that have no value for where they stay. All the long/term tenants are moving out. I love my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. Its very spacious, gets plenty of natural light, and also has a laundry room with hook ups. I stay in the garden apartments. Its always quiet. All my neighbors are nice and get alo ng well. When its warm the children all play together in the courtyard. Its a quick walk to Family Dollar to get some pick me ups when you dont want to go all the way to Walmart. The office staff are very sweet and welcoming. I havent seen a roach or mouse at all so maybe its just other buildings that have nasty neighbors. While it took a few days for my maintenance order, the guy who came to fix my outlet was very good at his job and got it done fast. Ive recommended this place to fellow coworkers because right now that have a great move in special. I love living here. The only reason I plan on leaving is when the time comes to buy my own house. more ... hide ...
