Those who rent here beware, you will be accused of everything under the sun, including but not limited to having a fan in your window \"proves\" you are smoking your apartment, not parking in between the white lines(pett y) leaving the community grill a mess(never used it) leaving the gas on of the propane tank for the grill(again never used it) drinking on property ( never states anything in the lease against having beer on property you are currently renting) neighbors take photos of your vehicle and opens your door to you car to film/photo the vehicles interior (against the law) having multiple apartment inspections (without 24 hour notice or placing a very vague notice 16 hours before inspection above the mail boxes so high that no one sees it) telling people that if they dont like the fact that their ac is broken and hasnt been fixed in a timely manner that \"they can just leave\" , to anyone who reads this if u want to live a peaceful life and you mind your own business this is not the place, dont walk away from it but RUN, more ... hide ...
