Brandy hill could be a good place to live. But in Order to have a some what Trauma Free community You would need A staff that Actually put in the work. The maintenance team definitely works Hard. If you moving here because the property looks nice.Well look again Chances are The pool is open Must be for the View of the staff.Because its not open for reaidents. The 1 park they have Is Directly in the sun so its to hot for the kids to slide down the slide without getting burnt. Its not Kid Friendly. Honestly its not Family friendly. Its independent living for DMH. And families in desperate need of housing. If you are looking for a kid friendly family friendly Racists free community. This is not Home for you.. more ... hide ...

Im am currently a resident here and sadly feel obligated to write this review due to lack of help taking what should of been the proper channels... So every single day/night (literally) for roughly 4.5 months straight no w, there is a group of guys and girls that hang out in the parking lot and sell drugs daily from a silver/gray BMW X3 vehicle. My self and numerous residents here noticed them being loud with bad language around children and the scent coming from them clearly indicates drug use of an overwhelming amount that is also done around children. (Keep in mind where they park their vehicle it is less then 30 feet from a childrens playground that is always busy with multiple amounts of kids playing...) They keep their music at its loudest at all hours and care not for the actual residents here. 3:45am so far is the latest Ive personally heard this. Also for the past 2 months they shoot off highly illegal fireworks until about 3am or so. The kind of class A fireworks that ends with a quarter stick of dynamite exploding and shaking the buildings. (In 2 months time of every single night hearing and seeing the fireworks going off, only 1 time had the police come to investigate it and oddly enough that was a night that they lit off the least amount of them...)none of these people actually live here though they will claim they do if asked. When I wake early in the morning, I see that many of them slept in their cars in the parking lot. Ive also seen another resident have to check on them a few times to make sure no one was deceased because the doors were left open on their vehicle and their feet were hanging out of the doorways on numerous occasions... I took my issues up with the office, but was told to call the police. So I called the police only to overhear with my own ears that a majority of these guys soliciting the parking lot were friends with the local police and the outcome of the police visit was nothing but a chance for the two groups to talk and crack jokes at the fact that they were called down to deal with the situation at hand...2 years ago the local police and the Woods at Wareham took big steps to clean this place up and they successfully raided multiple drug dealers that ended with evictions. So credit where its due their. But like any extermanator will tell you is that after killing a cockroach you need to continue to clean and continue with proper upkeep or more cockroaches will for sure be back.... Well they are back and unfortunately taking the steps that the on site management told us to take were nothing but a let down that gave us the impression that not only does the on site employees and management appear to be fearful of the riffraff hanging their hats and setting up their mobile drug office/ party on wheels here, but the local police appear to feel the same way due to their lack of police work that they clearly are not willing to do.. I really pray someone able to make a difference sees this and steps up to help fix this. I apologize for posting anonymously but I have to for my familys safety. more ... hide ...
