Westgate Apartments management in Washington NJ is completely incompetent. Per the lease, smoking is not allowed inside any building on the property.However when smoking by individuals became a problem and I had to make many complaints for them to FINALLY do something about it. This is after the management lied to me and continued many times to convince me that the lease doesnt specify \"no smoking\" apartments. I literally had to read them the policy in the lease (page 10 rule #35). At that point they reluctantly had to confess I was correct.Im being told this is in the process of going to court. However there is no ETA on when. In the meantime these neighbors continue to poison me in my home. The management is doing NOTHING to insure this stops. They do not seem care about people or pets lives. In my opinion they should be keeping up with this issue. Yet theyre just allowing the issue to continue.The management sends extremely rude, disrepectful and demeaning emails. They seem to think they are above people who live here and can communicate to tenants like parents to a child.My recommendation is to keep clear of this complex. It maybe cheap to live here but not worth the disrepect.I cannot wait to get out of here. Unfortunately Apartments are rare right now but Im searching so I can get out of this hell hole. This place well ...its a good looking establishment.. Im sure the people are wonderful for I dont know many. Its a apartment/townhouse complex.. I believe that they have 1/2/3 bedroom apartme nts and twin homes for rent either at regular rate or at 30% of the median income of the neighborhood its in. I have seen one of the twins and its quite cozy per say. A 2 person standing only full service kitchen with a hallway and a guest bathroom off of the hallway and a very spacious closet on the other side a mid sized living room that could probably hold 8 people comfortably and a stair case that leads to the second floor to 3 bedrooms that are well designed and spacious and the family bathroom and a hallway of course.. its across the street from Rowan universitys campus but its not close to any store or shopping district unless you have a car. Then you will only be 11 minutes from the mall and 5 from the wawa they do have a groundskeeper and handy man if needed and I believe that they also have a woman that runs the front office but only during the working hours of 9-5.. it seems nice more ... hide ...
