1st year here was great! New management for the past year sucks! You should feel like its your home not a prison! Too much drama,manager is interfering with peoples personal businesses, management lets too many people he re with drug and alchol addictions, this should be a loving safe environment! You pay rent to listen to peoples crapp,and get told who you can gave in your apt and what you can or cannot do..this is becoming such BS! I would never recommend anyone here..and ND as soon as I find a place Im gone! more ... hide ...

If you dont mind hearing kids bouncing off walls, jumping down stairs shaking the ceilings and the walls, youll be fine. Im not!! Elderly people should have their own section of the housing and keep the families together in another area. Not all parents respect their neighbours. Also fence the back yards sadly a lot of people dont respect the place they live in and are pigs. The manager lacks people skills which is a necessity when managing an apartment complex! more ... hide ...
