Boardwalk gathered all my information and sent it in for approval by HUD. They said they had everything they needed. They then told me that all was well and I was approved to move in. I was assured that it was OK to giv e notice and give up my current apartment. I arranged for movers and gave notice at my other apartment complex that I would be moving out. The movers came on moving day, which was 1 day before I could get into the apartment. I arranged for the movers to hold my belongings until the next day, which cost extra money. I arranged to stay overnight with a relative. Late in the afternoon, about 3pm the day before I was to move in, and after the movers came and moved me out, I received a phone call stating that I could not move into the Boardwalk apartment after all. Something was wrong. It was not clearly explained, all I know is that I am now homeless, sleeping on the couch at my relatives. I had to put my furniture in storage, and paid the movers $900 to date for a move to no where. If I could give negative stars I would. more ... hide ...
