I have been living at country club village a year now and I would definitely recommend this complex! Maintenance comes and does what they need to, in and out with no problem and the staff is lovely. Even with the pandemi c we staff still tried to incorporate a lot of idea for the complex to mix and mingle and I love that! Keep doing a great job more ... hide ...

My family and I have lived here for 4 years and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff have been so kind and helpful to us over the years, and go above and beyond to help! So far, I have to say that our experience with sun prairie has been excellent! Maintenance calls are handled almost instantly, the staff is very polite, helpful, and understanding. Ive seen people complaining on here abo ut a smell in the halls....yes, there is an odd smell due to the mix of different cultures fixing different meals, youre bound to get a whiff of a mixture of your neighbors cooking. It doesnt bother us at all. As for the comments of rude management... Id imagine theyre mistaken. Weve had a few issues here and there and theyve been professional and kind.
