Living here for almost 2 years and if you are considering moving here DONT DO IT!!! During the snow storm the apartment below me flooded never mind the lady that had a roach infestation prior to my new neighbors movi ng in and barely any clean up upon them moving in... now Im faced with constantly opening the door for maintenance blaming me for their pipes they NEVER truly fixed... The apartment manager Carolina is very rude and demands you to stop LIFE so that they may enter your apartment for their mistakes and blame you for them as well... one of the maintenance guys came over after stating last month that he didnt speak English SPOKE TO ME IN ENGLISH AND TOLD ME HE DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY GRIEVANCE... I recorded his actions and he also dumped waste for the vacuum he had into my tub and lied about it when confronted by management... I also recorded his actions when asked if he was done in my apartments... Carolina then informed me that my lease wont be renewed because I recorded his actions... and that in MY HOME I had NO BUSINESS RECORDING MY SAFETY BECAUSE HE IS SAFE TO HER! Im currently filing a complaint for discrimination because she mentioned my Autistic sons as the problem as well... dont move here!!! I am not the only one with issues concerning this place its a nightmare!!! more ... hide ...

infested with roaches, drains infested with gnats, fruit flies, creatures.. maintenance man is no help at all. he will come point at things and say \"yeah thats broken\" then leaves and never fixes it. bug dude cant do a nything about your bugs because the maintenance will leave your doors with gaps and leave you with unsealed windows (door wide open for creatures). maintenance is rude and lazy, just show up to get paid for doing nothing.. sheesh, im sure i can do a better job than they can with 0 experience. maintenance has left bags of trash/bugs in front of our apartment. maintenance boy welcomes you with an unmasked \"its okay im vaccinated\". for a two bedroom you can expect to pay about 1000 a month to live in bugs. lots of ppl trying to break into cars. the most help ive had, this whole time of staying here has been miss jeanie and miss brittany, i wouldnt ask anybody else for help unless it is higher management. if apartments in this blackhole actually cared, maybe id move into another one. more ... hide ...

Absolutely the most helpful and compassionate ladies I have ever dealt with. As a female disabled veteran going through some hard times they went over and beyond to get me a great apartment that fit my needs. Would recom mend them to anyone wanting honest service.
