This property does not have staff trained to deal with the elderly. The employees in this property have very poor customer service. The staff is very rude whenever you visit or call by phone. I do not understand how t he corporate offices ignore the continuous attitude of these employees.My mother had been on a waiting list for 2 and a half years. The staff without any sympathy and very very rude informed us that my mother after waiting for two and a half years had been removed because she didnt answer on time a letter they sent to verify if you still want to be in the waiting list. A letter that she didnt answer on time because she received it late from the post office. Even showing them the proof of the post office with the date stamp they did not care. They just pull her out, again without any empathy.**Corporate, please give training to your staff on how to handle with people. It is so sad that you have people like that on your properties without any empathy towards people and even in such difficult times. more ... hide ...

Ive been living here since 2014 and have found WPO to be a wonderful community of people. The grounds are always kept clean, the apartments are spacious, and the over-all living experience is rather quite neighborly and warm. Maintenance seems to have improved with the new management, and the over-all ambiance is friendly, safe and welcoming. I walked in here yesterday to inquire about an apartment and the lady in the office was very nasty and rude. I asked her for information about the pricing, the fees and the process and she was just rude. She didnt wa nt to give me any information because she said there was a waiting list. I asked her how can I get on the waiting list and she was just saying no the waiting list goes out 2 years its a long wait. I then told her thats fine Im in no rush how can I get on the list and she refused to give me an application to join the list until someone else came and gave me a paper to be added to the list. I was interested in being a future resident but I wouldnt want to live in a place with rude management. Id give 0 stars if I could. more ... hide ...
