We were really thrilled. We contacted the office the next day to attempt to sign a rental agreement and decide on a move-in date. We waited until the 25th to hear back from them, then called again. Eventually, she replied and stated she'd have a date for us the following week and would contact us. Sadly, she never got back to us. On March 3rd, I emailed her to find out what was happening or if we had to look for a place somewhere else. Until now (May 24th), she hasn't answered my emails! Therefore, on March 5th, my partner phoned as I was becoming irritated with the lack of communication. When he got through to her, she said she hadn't begun asking people if they were relocating or wanted to renew their leases yet.... We were told she would begin making calls on March 15th and they'd have until the 30th to respond.... still, we haven't heard anything from them even after the two dozen times we've called and the emails we've sent. If you're contemplating moving here, I propose you phone them twelve months in advance. Anyway, we found a flat. Not that you cared though. more ... hide ...

They have there ups and down but the landord makes it worth living there neighbors friendly

Weve been living here since August with no complaints whatsoever Our apartment was one of the new renovations and the new floors and carpet are wonderful Plenty of parking quiet neighborhood
