This apartment is trash they never do what they supposed to do They all are liars and they wont even come to fix the broken things in the apartment and there is bedbugs and Roaches

Living here was fine Apartments were decent Recently moved out and I was told that ALL walls in the apartment were the same color I got the color from the office and bought the paint i asked twice to make sure I was getting the right paint I painted Living here was fine Apartments were decent Recently moved out and I was told that ALL walls in the apartment were the same color I got the color from the office and bought the paint i asked twice to make sure I was getting the right paint I painted over anything that was dirty or needed fixed and primed the painted wall in the room I had painted I went through the entire apartment and covered any markings on the walls and cleaned them Then come to find out the bathrooms are a different color or gloss and I was charged 125 to have it repainted Contacted the office and told them the situation and couldnt care less more ... hide ...

very friendly people here especially the guy that sits outside that lives in my building and says hi to everyone that walks by Its also quiet out here no complaints on my end

We have lived here a little over 6 months At first we were really skeptical from reading the reviews We made an appointment to see their model apartment and we fell in love It was so nice the girls in the office took their time and helped us and ans We have lived here a little over 6 months At first we were really skeptical from reading the reviews We made an appointment to see their model apartment and we fell in love It was so nice the girls in the office took their time and helped us and answered the many many questions we asked them The neighborhood is quiet WE HAVE NOT seen any bugs outside of course but not inside and the maintenance staff is WONDERFUL We had one issue that the maintenance man was not sure about but he told us he would have his supervisor come over and take a look before the end of the day They both came back and were able to fix the issue Our apartment was one of the renovated ones and WOW it IS BEAUTIFUL We plan on staying here at least another year We have noticed one down side and that is that the staff seems to be stretched very thin more ... hide ...
