I have lived in this apartment complex for over 11 years when housing was running it was amazing and everything was kept up and it was great and then another company took over called Metro Plains they were horrible in the five years that they ran thi I have lived in this apartment complex for over 11 years when housing was running it was amazing and everything was kept up and it was great and then another company took over called Metro Plains they were horrible in the five years that they ran this place they did not fix anything or do anything to help us with our apartments as soon as the new group came in they have done amazing we were all kind of scared to ask them to fix anything because we thought we were all going to get charged for things as simple as a lightbulb and things that should be replaced in apartments and they came through and have replaced everything that is been broken that has broken the last five years the lightbulbs have all been changed they have put in new caulking around the tub day and fix things up the management is as attentive as can be more ... hide ...

Chris is such an amazing manager thank you for assistant us and replying back to my calls right away and answer all my questions when I needed help with this lock down your still there all the time to help us Best place to live

Under new management and the new management is very nice they are on top of things snow removal and maintenance is done quickly and efficiently Great place to live
