If I could give this place a 50 I would My sister lives here now Dont believe these positive reviews They have scorpions on the bottom floor Management will be in the office and wont answer the phone They will take their sweet time fixing things Thei If I could give this place a 50 I would My sister lives here now Dont believe these positive reviews They have scorpions on the bottom floor Management will be in the office and wont answer the phone They will take their sweet time fixing things Their is sewage backing up in her tub from the toilet Dishwasher backs up from the garage disposal The kids and adults over here have destroyed the playground The wooden floors separate from the walls Had to caulk the cracks herself This is the worst place to live ever Dont move here if you have children and love cleanliness more ... hide ...

You hardly ever find them in the office Hard to get business done if they arent there

Theres been a lot of complaints against this place but surprisingly most of them are false my neighbors are great and everyone here has been neighborly towards me the only thing I can complain about is their short staffed so everyone is busy its hard Theres been a lot of complaints against this place but surprisingly most of them are false my neighbors are great and everyone here has been neighborly towards me the only thing I can complain about is their short staffed so everyone is busy its hard to get to know the staff and the lighting is not the best in common areas the rent is competitive and the area is really not that bad theres not a race thing to worry about cause the neighbors treat you by the attitude you give off if your friendly they will be friendly pets are excepted and the do have laundry connections in your apartment also theres plenty of places to shop near by and Tinker Rose State OU Medical and the VA are close by I find it a good value for the dollar check it out for yourself more ... hide ...

If i could give zero stars I would Section 8 resident here Went through the whole application and inspection process They had to spray for roaches after the first inspection OHFA approved them after the second inspection signed papers and went back t If i could give zero stars I would Section 8 resident here Went through the whole application and inspection process They had to spray for roaches after the first inspection OHFA approved them after the second inspection signed papers and went back the next day to start moving in Found roaches Told management and left for the day Never moved our stuff in because every single time we went over there we found roaches Manager kept insisting that they were gonna spray I have bags of roaches from 3 different times in a 5 week time period that we found them at the apartment Filed a complaint with OHFA and figured theyd arrange another inspection to clear stuff I found this out from my caseworker OHFA has NEVER had an inspect failure so they didnt know how to terminate the lease for someone that never ended up moving in In the end OHFA terminated the lease without an inspection not our choice and gave us a new voucher Redbud refused to give us our deposit back because we terminated the lease despite them being at fault for not keeping up the OHFA standards NEVER ever live there more ... hide ...

Call and got the runner arounds apartments ad says they open 8 but they answer at 9 and start saying can I take a message and deliver it the next apartmentso Good thing I recorded the messagesmh
