I lived at Boomer Creek apartments for over 3 years and I loved it Its very quiet and clean If you have any maintenance issues just call the office and they will come and fix it up for you

Since I have been here just over 1 year they have done nothing but lie When I signed my initial lease I was told that they know there are some hard times and if you have to pay off 1 month they understand That was in April In July I came up short Since I have been here just over 1 year they have done nothing but lie When I signed my initial lease I was told that they know there are some hard times and if you have to pay off 1 month they understand That was in April In July I came up short but gave them 50 and told them I would pay the rest off with the other months rent They replied with a 3 day eviction notice More recently I noticed the 2 bedroom across from me was opening up so I called them about it They told me it was far from being ready A week later they showed that apartment and the next day I heard them say they think they have it rented out Now because I am moving and have to break my lease they told me I wont get my deposit back and they are charging 500 I wont be able to clean because they want me to turn in my keys on the day I move so they are going to end up charging me for cleaning and they told me since I was moving I wasnt probably going to be paying rent this month but just told me I have to pay rent from the 1st until the day I move out I would NOT recommend living here more ... hide ...

Never again!! There are too many places in Stillwater to put up with being treated like trash. Even if we are low-income, why does that necessitate making a big fuss about it and worsening the situation? We still have pride and dignity and we should not be talked to like animals just because of our financial state. So disrespectful. The owners of this property should substitute the management without delay! This is a colossal liability waiting to happen for them. Discrimination on a multitude of levels. And the way they talk to people with developmental delays, name-calling, so rude. I am telling everyone I know not to even contemplate this place. I only hope I can save enough money to transfer out and keep all the bedbugs from the neighbours on their side of the wall. I hope this assists the reader and saves them a lot of trouble in the future. I am dubious that RICH YOUNG and SIERRA DAWN are actual tenants at Chapel Ridge. Undoubtedly they are workers and very likely the same people I am referring to that are so horrible. Trying to do some damage control to preserve their jobs.
