Friday May 14 2021 I was verbally assaulted and racially profiled VERY UNPROFESSIONAL by service maintenance manager JON JACKSON at 1303 Beech Valley Circle in Palm Coast Florida

The only thing I like about living here was the fact that I lived in the VERY front so I didnt get involved with the drama in the middle and back Management is sneaky and nasty She was nice in the beginning and then things got pretty interesting in a The only thing I like about living here was the fact that I lived in the VERY front so I didnt get involved with the drama in the middle and back Management is sneaky and nasty She was nice in the beginning and then things got pretty interesting in a bad way to the point I refuse to comverse with her without written documentation They basically lie by omitting Neighbors slam doors constantly disturbed my baby and knocked down things off my walls and management wont do anything about it Rent goes up every year more ... hide ...

I love living here I have my cat which is blind and he loves it here I have a two bedroom apartment that is very spacious Only been a couple times that Ive had noise to deal with but when you live in a apartment complex thats to be expected I gave th I love living here I have my cat which is blind and he loves it here I have a two bedroom apartment that is very spacious Only been a couple times that Ive had noise to deal with but when you live in a apartment complex thats to be expected I gave this a five star because I love everything about this place Kelly has been great I have no complaints whatsoever about her or any of the staff in the office The maintenance crew is great I have no complaints there either The apartments are nice sometimes we get some trash in the yard and so forth but thats the kids Its picked up right away everything is taken care of very well more ... hide ...
