Please make sure you have identity protection in place I havent lived here in 5 years and recently someone used my info to sign up for Passbook account which needs your SSN I religiously shred everything even junk mail So I can only deduce that staff Please make sure you have identity protection in place I havent lived here in 5 years and recently someone used my info to sign up for Passbook account which needs your SSN I religiously shred everything even junk mail So I can only deduce that staff there did so bc they use my address for when I was there These apartments take advantage of the fact that there is a need for affordable places to live that accept Section 8 or any other programs I started the because they also accepted pitbulls My experiences were varied in terms of staff helpfulness They didnt keep consistent hours or answer the phone when calling multiple times They did quickly address a water issue from when a different unit water issues flowed into my unit Kids were often in the streets refusing to move for through traffic Dumpsters stayed overflowing This place could be so much better but living here makes you slowly die inside Keep track of all your payments take a picture of your money order keep emails and record all conversations Ohio is one party consent state more ... hide ...

This apartment complex is a scam and I will be reporting them to the housing authority because they are ripping people off out of there money adding extra fees to line there pockets and Im going to keep reporting them until it changes
