We were considerate tenants and never had any issues, but when we moved to a bigger apartment, none of our deposit was returned. The apartment only had some carpet stains, which were going to be replaced with wood floors when we left, yet we didn't receive the $700 deposit. We don't expect to get the deposit for the larger apartment either since we left the first one in an acceptable condition. As an added bonus, our phone numbers have been blocked from the apartment office and the landlord's personal phone. When we were renegotiating our lease, we tried to reach out but received no response, though we were told they "always respond," but our text messages show otherwise. When we first arrived here in 2016, we were pleased, but now we are content to never step foot on the property again. UPDATEChanging my review to a 1 star we have officially moved out but accidentally left a wallet The property manager was nice enough to let us come back and check for it and it wasnt there A few days later we were told that maintenance found it Ove UPDATEChanging my review to a 1 star we have officially moved out but accidentally left a wallet The property manager was nice enough to let us come back and check for it and it wasnt there A few days later we were told that maintenance found it Over 100 was missing from the wallet and a sad 1 was graciously leftnWe also realized that club wildwood blocked our number while we were residents Stay as far away from this place as possiblennUnprofessional and not worth the money For a low income property its not worth saving an extra 100 to deal with this management Ive been here 3 years and every year there is a new manager for whatever reason I was never given a copy of my lease and have called for weeks trying to get an answer for a question and not once have they answered the phones The pool has been locked up for months after an extensive clean because it was dark green Covid related maybe But that didnt stop two people from the management company to come to my door with NO masks on and ask why I havent responded to a paper I never received You have to renew your lease 120 days in advance 4 months Ridiculous After I signed the renewal I was told well call you back in to finish signing papers when its approved so I assume I was never approved which is fine because Im calling to break my lease but of course no answer This place has been an absolute headache to deal with and theres no email anywhere on the website to try another way to communicate Im writing this now to see if itll get anyones attention that runs this place to reach out to mennThe only person who has any idea of what is going on here is the maintenance worker Mike Hes friendly and very knowledgeable about his work Has easily fixed any issue Ive had in the past two years since hes joined the property more ... hide ...
