From the start, there were many issues that management either didn't fix or took a long time to resolve. For the first six to ten months I had no heat or air conditioning, so I had to buy a space heater and blankets during winter, and it was not until July 2021 that the A/C was fixed. The water pressure in both shower and kitchen also very low, plus there were bad patches and paint jobs all over my apartment. Parking was another issue since many people who don't live here used the lot as well. The only good thing about this place is its location - apart from that it is terrible; when bringing up these issues with management they made me feel like I'm annoying them. For $1165 per month excluding utilities one expects better maintenance, appearance and treatment - but instead of that I got treated like crap every time I spoke with anyone from property management team. If you have other options for your living situation then please take my advice and don't waste your time on this place - you'll find something much better in this neighborhood!
