I absolutely would NOT recommend you do business with this company at all The staff cannot answer there phones the voicemail box is full they do not have set policies and procedures and cannot keep proper office hours When you try to communicate with I absolutely would NOT recommend you do business with this company at all The staff cannot answer there phones the voicemail box is full they do not have set policies and procedures and cannot keep proper office hours When you try to communicate with them they give you roundabout answers and have zero customer service Watch out when you move out too they might not close your account correctly and then not inform you in something is flagged in your account And then you have a even larger mess and they are reluctant to assist in a timely manner Then when you call corporate and the office to get it resolved you are pushed to the side more ... hide ...

Do not consider these apartments for any reason. I have worked here twice and left each time. Most of the apartments should be condemned, as the ceilings are collapsing. Tenants are ruining everything, allowing homeless people to sleep in the lobby, who then urinate on the floors and in trash cans. Bed bugs are present in a lot of apartments, making it an all-round terrible environment. Upper management is a joke; they never send money to fix anything, leaving the residents to go without. If I ever needed to get in touch with my regional manager, she wouldn't answer her phone, ignore emails, text messages and calls. They even refused to pay me for mileage. Someone was even trying to get into the restroom while I was in there, although they were not a resident; they were squatting in an empty apartment which previous staff had not attempted to remove. On my last day I worked there, a man had a gun, threatening to shoot the place up; management simply told me not to be intimidated. Absolutely dreadful; if it were possible to give a zero-star review, I would. more ... hide ...
