My experience with the staff here was absolutely fantastic Jennifer n Brittany went out of there way to make me feel like I was part of their family Finding a condo or apartment during summer or anytime in low country is almost impossible unless you My experience with the staff here was absolutely fantastic Jennifer n Brittany went out of there way to make me feel like I was part of their family Finding a condo or apartment during summer or anytime in low country is almost impossible unless you can afford to pay 5500 a month in rent for a 80s style condo Grounds are kept perfect Maintenance crew is constantly updating the property GREAT place for animals My dog literaly turns to go towards the office when we go for walks just to go see Brittany and Jennifer I have pool dog park covered grilling area with new grills n a putting green right next to my apartment What more can a man ask for Also grills all over the property I am so happy with the decision of moving here and plan on staying here for awhile GREAT STAFF N GREAT PLACE 5 STAR more ... hide ...

When we first arrived, we were flabbergasted to find out that this was not the luxury living we had expected. However, since the new management has taken control, I would happily give Emerson Isles a 5-star rating for luxury living! Everything has improved dramatically, including the office staff. This morning, a senior dog was wandering around, which is uncommon in this area. To prevent him from being hit by a car, several of the locals kept a lookout until the office opened. The employees were so kind as to take him to see if he had a microchip, and are now showering him with plenty of affection until the owner is found. In comparison, at our old residence, 29 Edgewater, a pet duck was released and became everyone's favorite. He was named Henry, and wouldn't hurt a fly. People would come out to see and feed him. Five weeks later, the office had Henry killed - they said he was a liability. It's clear to me which place I would rather live. more ... hide ...
