Expect your rent to be paid on time, or expect a late fee IMMEDIATELY and if you need any repairs, expect them to get to it whenever its convenient for them, not you the resident. The list of repairs is most likely long bc no one stays in the positions long enough to get the work done or it becomes too much work early on for the employee. There are two other properties being built under this company, SEA POINTE and MARSH POINTE, and theyre allowing SHELL POINTE to go down to the DOGS!!! BEWARE!!! Youve been warned. more ... hide ...
