I put in my application for this place for low income housing 4 years ago for a 1 bedroom apartment and I followed up and replied to them everytime my name came up and even have dated emails to prove that I did BUT they dropped me from their list any I put in my application for this place for low income housing 4 years ago for a 1 bedroom apartment and I followed up and replied to them everytime my name came up and even have dated emails to prove that I did BUT they dropped me from their list anyway for no reason at all I am so angry I have been needing a place to live waiting patiently and following up like I should and THEY STILL DROP ME FROM THEIR LIST They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with EVER and I was told 1 bedrooms do not open up often but I could rent one at regular priceDUH I cannot afford regular price which is why I applied for low income housing That is prejudice to reserve some units for full price instead of allowing low income housing people to get them bc they will be reimbursed all the same I am filing a complaint with the housing authority against them more ... hide ...

The previous tenants had kids, judging by the drawings on the walls; they didn't even paint before I moved in! The management changes so often that it's hard to keep track of who works here. Not even a month after I moved in, I watched as some guy was jumped by a huge group of people right in front of the buildings and no one did anything - then just weeks later, a mother was jumped by her neighbor and spent days in hospital! People have dogs which don't get picked up after - they're left tied up outside all day barking and running loose - I've returned four different dogs to their owners that were roaming free. Then there's around 50 kids running wild long past midnight - most under 12 years old! Recently too, teens were arrested for breaking into an empty unit and spray painting all over walls/windows. The pics listed on this place are all from when it was first built... none are recent images. If you do move here: be careful with what random kids ask of you; if ever you say "no" they'll spread lies about you throughout other units until your life is being harassed whenever you more ... hide ...
