Its a beautiful neighborhood and the apts are beautiful on the inside big spacious and gorgeous Unfortunately some of the residents drop a lot of trash in the breezeways and in the backyard of the buildings Im not sure whos responsibility it is to pi Its a beautiful neighborhood and the apts are beautiful on the inside big spacious and gorgeous Unfortunately some of the residents drop a lot of trash in the breezeways and in the backyard of the buildings Im not sure whos responsibility it is to pick up this trash that is left there looking nasty in the breezeways and backyard of the buildings However the front yards of the buildings are always emaculate The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional Also I believe a 2nd trash compacter would be very beneficial to the community so that the trash wont run over onto the sidewalks and look extremely unsightly All in all Im pleased with my decision to make this my home The office staff is professional and friendly Unfortunately a lot of the residents have a ghetto mentality although the apartment complex is in the middle of a wealthy neighborhood more ... hide ...

Community looks really nice but Is the leasing office ever open I have been calling and leaving both email and voice messages for two weeks and still no response

The maintenance man was very professional and he did an excellent job solving the problem I was extremely pleased
