That was great news, but I had to phone several times and leave voicemails to ask questions, and nobody ever got back to me. I finally managed to talk to the assistant property manager and obtained a rough idea of the rent and I learned that more apartments were becoming available as well. That was all well and good, but I still hadn't received a call about coming in to pay a deposit. I hate bothering people, and I understand that property managers have certain procedures to follow, but tenants should be given answers and I'd love to move into Seven Farms Apartments. Up until now, Wednesday 1/22/20, I haven't been contacted by the leasing agent at Seven Farms and I have left "numerous" voicemails. There has been no communication. I've certainly done my best. It's the responsibility of the leasing agent to return calls and let prospective tenants know when to come in to make deposits and so forth. Tequeta, the former leasing agent, was much more helpful and informative, and I wish I had taken her offer the first time, because I thought the other complex I was in was getting better, but I was wrong. more ... hide ...

I lived here for a year when it first opened It was a nightmare When I moved in there was construction dust everywhere The dishwasher leaked There was weather stripping missing on the door so you could see out the door even when it was closed Th I lived here for a year when it first opened It was a nightmare When I moved in there was construction dust everywhere The dishwasher leaked There was weather stripping missing on the door so you could see out the door even when it was closed The shelves in the closet were in two layers around the whole closet so there was nowhere to hang dresses or long coats I asked the maintenance man to remove one of them and he told me he couldnt because they were put in with screws The ice maker on the refrigerator made a really loud noise and the maintenance man told me that to fix it just turn the ice maker off Eventually I was told by a friend to open the water valve all the way and it would stop making that noise By the time I was leaving the cheap veneers on the cabinets were peeling off Overall it was a terrible experience Hopefully theyve fixed the maintenance issues in the last 5 years more ... hide ...
