I have lived at this apartment for quite some time and in the last few months I have been very displeased to say the least The current office manager and another office employee have been careless in executing their duties with no regard for a paying I have lived at this apartment for quite some time and in the last few months I have been very displeased to say the least The current office manager and another office employee have been careless in executing their duties with no regard for a paying tenant I have been waiting for a response regarding my rent for two days I called and spoke with both women in the office about a payment that was made I was assured by both at different times on the same day that they would verify and contact me within a few minutes Until today I am yet to receive a response I have called visited the office they closed early and even texted with no response There is a clear lack of professionalism and unwillingness to do their jobs I do not know what their agenda is but certainly should not have this treatment meted out to me I am not living here for free I have been here a while never missed a payment and have only been compliant This is not an isolated incident Just a few months ago January the office manager gave me a deadline to renew the lease then a few days shy of that deadline sent me a letter indicating that my apartment was already being marketed after she had given me a different deadline I have also brought a concern forward regarding the washing machine and quarters taken while the machine failed to work yet I received no response from late last year into this year There has been perpetual cases of disregard from then The apartment takes no sincere thought for me as a tenant yet they never fail to collect and ensure that every dollar is received in a timely manner Shayla the previous office manager did okay I have also referred at least 3 people here before these encounters but will not do so going forward There is something amiss with the selection assessment and training at least for the current staff in the office I do not recommend that any potential tenant consider this apartment otherwise you will be sorely disappointed I am far from pleased with the service or lack thereof and would like to have this addressed more ... hide ...

I would not recommend living here The amenities are always closed The outdoor pool had been closed for an entire summer because they wanted to redo the decking around the pool The construction workers cracked pool They closed the pool for an entire y I would not recommend living here The amenities are always closed The outdoor pool had been closed for an entire summer because they wanted to redo the decking around the pool The construction workers cracked pool They closed the pool for an entire year so they could fix it Then it was closed for the beginning of the next year when it supposed to be open They reopened it for about a month then closed it again before Memorial Day The indoor pool is always closed due to maintenance and then opens back up about a week later When the pool opens the hot tub closes One time about 23 years ago a lady died in the hot tub and they told no one There have been multiple reports on people their bikes stolen when there is a camera pointing right at the bike rack and they do nothing about it They have sent out letters to the apartments saying that children arent allowed to play in the grass Everything is outdated and things like to break a lot One time the toilet broke and was leaking all over the bathroom We put in a work order and they came two and a half months later Another time we asked if they could update our kitchen and put a fan in the dining area and they said they would do it One day they came into the apartment without our consent and put a fan in that doesnt work that great To this day they now refuse to update our appliances in our kitchen We have had multiple ant problems and water leaks in the bathroom The people that live above is sound like a herd of elephants prancing around all the time Although the neighbors are nice sometimes there has been some very rude ones Lots of banging in rooms and people running up and down the stairs after 9pm Going back to the pool subject the hours used to be 99 everyday which was fine Now the hours are 96pm MondayFriday 94pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays because they are to lazy to come into work and open the pool There are many more complaints I could make but I dont want to embarrass them to much Anyways this is my opinion as to why you should not live here more ... hide ...
