They expect her to not only manage the building and deal with peoples drama but they expect her to clean to buildings because they are to cheap to hire a part time cleaner.When you complain to the property management office they just blow it off and dont reply back. I sent a letter to them a few months ago and never got a response. There thought is probably if you dont like it then move.Very frustrating and wrong on there part. more ... hide ... These apts have the worst behaved children and residents. Management wont take responsibility since these kids arent on Horizons property when they assault, vandalize and harass people. Broken car windows, BAGS of garbage thrown into our lot, fires are started in our lot, groups of kids walking through harassing my young children as well as other residents.
