I have never had difficulty renting any apartment, regardless of whether it was government housing or not. I had an enrollment verification form from a school where I had previously been enrolled, but then I was told I had to provide a letter stating that I am not currently a student, which doesn't make sense to me. Additionally, I needed proof that I am not receiving child support payments, though I don't know how to get that since the payment is not going through the state. I did have the court-ordered child support documentation, but apparently that was not enough. I also don't understand why my employer's statement cannot be emailed to my boss; instead it has to be sent through the mail, which would take forever because the manager said she has seven other applications to process. I am not sure how she can be so far behind in her work. I had already provided an employee statement from my job, but she stated it had to be their specific employee statement form. When I tried to contact someone in charge or a supervisor, they refused to give me the information I required. I am hoping this management issue is resolved, as government housing is supposed to be a service to the public. more ... hide ...

They dont answer the phone dont return calls and you cant just go to the office I dont even know how these are rented out
