They took 8 months to get a grant to cover up the leaking roof in my bathroom, and I got really ill from the mold in the AC unit. As I made it clear in July that I wouldn't be renewing my lease, I paid rent in August but mysteriously, the money order I put in the drop box disappeared. Also, the cameras that Lindsey said were working, weren't. When my spouse passed away in September, they showed no sympathy. Furthermore, they stopped taking state vouchers due to COVID, so I was unable to get any help. They charged me for the blinds I had already replaced the day I left, and the place was in perfect condition except for normal wear and tear. There was also mold on the staircases and railings. I requested for a hornet's nest to be taken down, but they never came. Lindsey and the rest of the office staff were not helpful either. Whenever they got into trouble, they would just contact their lawyer. I would not put myself in this kind of situation. They will try to charge you for anything they can, which explains why their rent is so cheap. When I moved in, the carpet wasn't even affixed to the floor. The list goes on and on. more ... hide ...

Management is excellent They help with any issues plus they are very polite and always smiling They are very professional Maintenance is wonderful Anything that Im in need of they are always there within minutes

The new owners are amazing Theyre very respectful and take care of anything you need
