It was a decent place to live as a young single mother it was safe affordable But once again its income based housing so its no 5 star apartment But its an apartment you can make your home for your family and be comfortable with it

The place needs a lot of maintenance The stairs to the apartments looked dangerous The are almost rusted through Someone could get very hurt
