Having been a resident of Seven Palms for over a year now, I'd like to share my opinion. In my opinion, the apartment and service I've received here is far better than the price I'm paying for it. In my opinion, the apartment and service I've received here is far better than the price I'm paying for it. In comparison, my previous house cost almost twice as much rent, had bugs everywhere, the yard was difficult to maintain, and there was no pool. Here, the rent is very affordable, any problems that may arise (e.g. insects) are usually handled quickly when requested, and there are many other amenities such as an exercise area, a nice pathway for walks, and a pool. When I saw the rent, I was worried that the quality would be low (you get what you pay for). However, that is absolutely not the case! Living here has not only saved me money, but I've also been able to get assistance with things that would normally have been my responsibility. Most of the people living here really prioritize living standards! Unfortunately, Seven Palms has a lot of complaints, most of which are either unfounded or were addressed shortly after the complaint was filed. Google ratings don't do Seven Palms justice. To sum it up, I highly suggest that anyone who lives in the Punta Gorda area and is looking for an affordable place to live should visit Seven Palms in person. Then, hopefully you can see why I love and appreciate this underrated location! more ... hide ...
