Here's some advice to the staff: If you haven't done all the math for the processing, don't phone and require a deposit! Don't deceive people into believing they got accepted for an apartment. If you have a decent salary and you're not someone on welfare, I wouldn't propose you apply here. This was a complete waste of time. Do your computations before letting people apply. Furthermore, they didn't try and make up for the situation by giving back our application fees. You can't fool around with people's time and money. Please put yourself in other people's shoes when it comes to managing applicants' paperwork! While I understand why we weren't approved, the episode and customer service could have been managed much better! Please read the reviews! We can't all be making this up!
