The grounds are beautiful and well maintained The manager is very professional and treats applicants like people but just numbers on an application Its set in a beautiful neighborhood and a great place for kids

Addict and homeless criminals hang out around there. But they are nice inside and dont have any bugs, no bed bugs or roaches or mice. So,I gave it three stars
