If you adhere to their rules and keep your apartment in good condition, you should have no problems. We lived on the end by 200 W, which could get noisy at night due to teens speeding down the street; unfortunately there was nothing the apartments could do about that. However, staff would post reminders about following their rules and notified us if other tenants weren’t picking up after their dogs or if a car burglary occurred. The manager also assisted us with reporting an incident of children throwing rocks without giving away personal information from other tenants. The apartment itself was taken care of well and followed all requirements accordingly. Two pet peeves of the manager were broken blinds and burnt drip trays (which I agree with). The rooms were roomy, bathrooms had plenty of storage space, kitchen was appropriate for three people but small appliances like stove and fridge took some getting used to. When our furnace stopped working one Sunday night maintenance came immediately and fixed it right away! Highly recommend Tooele Gateway Apartments! more ... hide ...
