Immediately upon entering and seeing the duck pond from the balcony, we felt right at home in the spacious, comfortable and affordable living space. We were able to watch all the seasons come to life with the wild life of the pond from our porch. Even though it was quite tranquil during winter, we still enjoyed hearing the ducks, frogs and children playing in summertime. The only downside was having to undergo an extensive paperwork process to rent- but luckily Jim from office management helped us out along every step with endless patience! Similarly, Casey's maintenance work was always timely and appreciated with his generous spirit. We loved everything about this place: location, neighborhood ambiance, apartment layout, view and price - as well as Jim & Casey's stellar service! Always clean around the property Pretty quiet for being that big of an apartment complex I love the apartments The wood floors are dark but with enough lighting its not too bad

I was not home when they came to fix my wash machine I told them they were welcome to go in and service my machine without my being there They did the repair and left without a hitch Thank you
