ACC Management group, aside from I'm not one for writing reviews, but due to the lack of satisfaction I have experienced as a market rate tenant for an apartment that cost me more than $1500, I feel a responsibility to inform any future inhabitants. ACC Management group, aside from the assistant manager, have been careless and have failed to address any of my worries. Recently, twelve cars had their windows smashed and possessions stolen, to which the company answered that they weren't responsible for any mischievous act done by others. Although legally they may be right, conversations with other residents have revealed that similar occurrences have happened in the past, and the management group's reaction was simply "It happens". I wrote several letters to the manager and regional manager without any malice, simply hoping they would take part in an amicable and productive conversation that would make current and future residents feel secure, not having to worry every day if their vehicles were broken into. It has bed bugs and mice and roaches and water and mold in here the units they turn off the heat for the whole winter they don€™t fix nothing and homeless people break in daily the landlord does fix anything they cha
