My girlfriend and I rented here for about a year and a half We have been trying to obtain our rent certificate from 2018 so we can file our taxes We have contacted Craftsman village numerous times by phone and left numerous messages I have also stopp My girlfriend and I rented here for about a year and a half We have been trying to obtain our rent certificate from 2018 so we can file our taxes We have contacted Craftsman village numerous times by phone and left numerous messages I have also stopped in in person to find there is no one in the office during their normal business hours Their customer service for current and past residents is less than stellar and there is no such thing as prompt service more ... hide ...

Its a shame that others have had such a bad experience but as for me my stay has been more then exceptional Itll be a year in December that I have been here and I didnt know until now that there are some folks that hate the fact that black people res Its a shame that others have had such a bad experience but as for me my stay has been more then exceptional Itll be a year in December that I have been here and I didnt know until now that there are some folks that hate the fact that black people reside in this location but I do thank you for hiding it well lol There was a change with maintaince but life is full of change ya know Maintaince and management are like jimmy johns fast so if you have a issue you dont have to wait 23 like most places Brenda the property manager is AWESOME SAUCE she works to the bone to make sure things are in shape around here And they are so shes doing a darn good job I do have to move in January but only because my job is relocating I will miss it My neighbors were quiet other than the normal humanly outburst Oh and there are a few brown people here so if that grosses you out ya might wanna stay clear We dont bite though I promise more ... hide ...
