Calling this place a joke is an understatement. I'm 57, disabled, and looking to move to Florida, so I've called several times and received conflicting information from two different people: Greeta at the front desk and Alexi, the manager. I'm 57, disabled, and looking to move to Florida, so I've called several times and received conflicting information from two different people: Greeta at the front desk and Alexi, the manager. Both of them have been extremely unprofessional. I was told I'd have to drive ten hours just to fill out an application, with no guarantee that I'd get the apartment. When I asked what kind of paperwork they'd need, I was told to look it up online, with no help if I didn't have access to the Internet. I tried to explain that I'd be driving ten hours to apply, but I was told the information was only available online and then the phone was hung up on me. If this is how they treat elderly and disabled people, I dread to think how they'd treat me if I lived there. It's completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope their parents never have to look for a 55+ community apartment and have to endure what I just went through. This is a sad reflection on the world we live in. more ... hide ...
