I lived in these apartments, but I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. The management has zero social skills and will talk down to you, hang up on you, and ignore your concerns. Maintenance is a father-son duo that does shoddy work; they'll barge into your home when coming to fix things and argue with you if there's something wrong. Moreover, the children show no regard for others; they run around unsupervised at 1-2 AM screaming and ringing doorbells. A lot of trash litters the area and there's an abundance of non-service animals. To top it off, loud music echoes all day/night long along with drug activity occurring frequently--it's just a terrible situation that no one cares about! more ... hide ...

I'm really impressed with the new maintenance team they hired! A few weeks ago my apartment was sweltering at 85 degrees and I called the office - they sent out their crew that same day to diagnose the problem. It turns out the wires from the outside unit were disconnected, plus my old thermostat was installed poorly and always stuck. However, instead of just fixing it, they brought me a brand new one and installed it perfectly - no complaints! Plus yesterday my water heater broke down so I contacted Ms Nicole in the front office who got Maintenance on it immediately. They came round on short notice as soon as I told them about it, ordered a replacement water heater and fitted it early this morning - job done! The maintenance men are so professional, kind and respectful, not to mention efficient. Big props to Ms Nicole for listening to me right away too! The employees here are incredibly impolite and unprofessional. They offer no assistance whatsoever and have poor communication skills. In addition, they will say whatever it takes to end the conversation or get you out of the office.
