I recently began my search for an apartment in a senior facility I called a few apartment complexes in the Dublin area and came across Dublin Ranch who by far was the most friendly and willing to provide indepth information and answer my questions to I recently began my search for an apartment in a senior facility I called a few apartment complexes in the Dublin area and came across Dublin Ranch who by far was the most friendly and willing to provide indepth information and answer my questions to help me make a solid decision I have been communicating with Corina Fong practically on a daily basis for the past two weeks and she has amazing customer service I find her to be so kind caring and patience and a great listener and providing the comfort as I wait for an apartment to become available As a senior I value these qualities that Corina shows through communication I am willing to wait until they do have an apartment of my choice available Just interacting with Corina tells me that the management believes in providing the best care and service to their tenants and that is worth waiting for Thank you Corina more ... hide ...

My 80 year old mother has been living at The Groves for more than a decade. Each floor has its own laundry and waste disposal room, making it very practical. She enjoys the modern, spotless, and tranquil environment, being only a few minutes from the My 80 year old mother has been living at The Groves for more than a decade. She enjoys the modern, spotless, and tranquil environment, being only a few minutes from the grocery store, her physicians, the hospital, and the Livermore Outlet Mall, as well as a senior transportation service. As my mother's physical and mental health has deteriorated over the years, the staff and management have been incredibly understanding, providing the best possible care and attention, even though this is not an assisted living facility. Furthermore, someone from the staff often visits her to make sure she has enough food and to provide companionship. The management team has earned my highest regard: they keep me updated on my mom's condition, change her to a room that is more suitable for her, deliver her meals, and much more. Now that we have found her a nursing home, she said she will miss the great time and friends she made at the Groves. We are very grateful to Corina, Andrea, Alma, and all the excellent staff and residents for taking care of my mom. more ... hide ...
