I love how the staff works hard to keep the community clean and beautiful The amenities are a great plus and having a walking track around the community is ideal Mrs Norma in the office is an Angel and will do anything to make sure you are happy as a I love how the staff works hard to keep the community clean and beautiful The amenities are a great plus and having a walking track around the community is ideal Mrs Norma in the office is an Angel and will do anything to make sure you are happy as a resident The maintenance guys are efficient and fast Weve been living here for 3 years and love it If you have children you would love it here Theres always safe activities for them that includes a summer meal program that caters to them I am impressed that the staff schedule weekly educational events for the children that my family was able to enjoy when they visit Overall a great place to live I would highly recommend the community to anyone especially young parents with minor children more ... hide ...

I absolutely love Walton Oaks I stayed out here in 2016 and had to break my lease unexpectedly then I returned last year and just resigned my lease for another year The complex is very well kept grass always cut and beautiful trees and flowers The ap I absolutely love Walton Oaks I stayed out here in 2016 and had to break my lease unexpectedly then I returned last year and just resigned my lease for another year The complex is very well kept grass always cut and beautiful trees and flowers The apartments are up to date and have a good amount of space in them plus I love the hard wood floors Ive had zero issues with pests or roaches being n my apartment Ive never had pest control spray my apartment since Ive been here Maintenance is always on top of their jobs and quick to fix any issues I havent had any issues with the office staff when contacting them all seem professional and nice but I do miss Jennifer of course the old manager Walton Oaks is the go too if your looking for an affordable apartment thats beautiful not to mention I dont have the best credit but both times I was approved more ... hide ...
