I dont know who owns these apartments but they have crooks running the facility No they dont respond to their tenants issues If they do its to patch the problem not fix it I worked there Dec 18 19 21 and 22 of 2020 Maplewood management owes me for my more ...

Horrible There was a huge mold issue that was affair ting my health The landlord never responded to maintenance issues So I was left with a leaking air conditioner and mold everywhere

This place is drama town Im Moving soon Ive never had any problems until I moved here Roaches were in my apartment when I moved here and never had landlord do anything about it or repair anything Its horrible Waist of money
