However, over the years, he has experienced a flood from the apartment above him that came through the bathroom vent fan, the air conditioning broke and was not fixed for a week, and the kitchen ceiling fan was rigged so it only had two speeds. He requested a new carpet and paint job but never received them. Now, he is dealing with throat cancer and his water heater has been broken for a week, preventing him from cleaning his stoma, medical supplies, or taking a shower. The office managers have changed three times in the past year, and it appears that the only thing they care about is money. Additionally, there are rat holes in the grounds and bed bugs, mice, and mold. The elevator license expired a month ago, and no one has responded to calls to Whetsone or Jubilee. This place has become like the projects, and I would not advise anyone to let their parents or grandparents move here. Moreover, there are children living here who should not be here. People even steal items from the shelves that are outside of the apartments. more ...
