Landlord kept saying she would fix the issue but have not! The landlord recently quit and all of a sudden residents receive letters in their door stating we owe late fees!!!! Where does late fees come from all of a sudden the landlord up and left and we have 3 days to pay. Seems to me the landlord been taking money or not being honest .
