Furthermore, there should be separate access to the kitchen so that residents can use it safely. (3) The patio area gets too hot during summer due to its lack of shade; something needs to be installed on top of the gas grills in order to cast some shadow over that area. Moreover, although umbrellas are present they take two persons to open them and do not tilt enough when exposed to direct sunlight from late afternoon onwards - rain also makes them unstable on their tables - same happening at rear tables where grills are located but never used anyway due their high costs.
